We've had one of these on the desk in our reception area for three or four years. It's exactly the size advertised, so I don't know what the previous reviewer "expected" if she didn't expect 10" x 13" x 15 1/2"It serves its purpose of keeping often-accessed files handy. At [$], it's fine. I would recommend to anyone on a shoe-string budget.
