We've used the Viewables system for a couple of years now and will never use anything else - we love them. The only issue I've ever had was with a refill pack that I bought in the store that appeared to be old stock - slightly different packaging, a bit banged up, etc. The labels from that package did not adhere to our file folders, so I called Smead and they put a whole new package in the mail to us. I sent them a sheet of the labels, as they requested, so that they could inspect them. Two weeks later we received two more packages of refills with a letter of apology. I was satisfied with just the replacement package, but the fact that Smead went out of their way to guarantee our satisfaction was amazing. It's so hard to find a company that stands by their product these days, but Smead certainly values their customers!

These are a great purchase! The file cabinet looks awesome and clean. I was able to color code using my own custom project related colors and favorite fonts...no more primary colors and New Times Roman.

These are really rigid and high quality, and the protectors will keep them looking new.

My only complaint is that the adhesive is not very forgiving--you can't peel it back off to straighten, so take your time and be patient. These do take some time to assemble.

When we started our busy, seasonal summer business three years ago, I didn't have a minute to spare and just threw files together with hand written tabs. In the off season, I would think how unattractive, unorganized and unlike me the filing system was (I am totally type A). As we began to wind down this season, I was determined to make it better - I remembered a "freebie" filing system (this one) that came in some folders we bought. I dug it out from the back of a cabinet and downloaded the softwear and tried the 25 labels that came free. I am in LOVE with this system - it looks totally professional and is going to be so easy to add on to. I just bought 3 - 100 packs to finish our office and begin our home. It does cost a bit more and it does take ALOT of time to do, but the end product is worth it! Seriously, do yourself a favor - buy this!!

Use it for my personal files. Very attractive and shows great organization. It is expensive but I do not change the files that often
