Purchased approx a year ago. Since the bag is quite heavy on it's own, I refrained from using the notebook pocket. Bad idea! Turns out those screws holding the wheels are not covered on the inside of the bag, scratching everything that gets on the way. I would have probably been better off dragging the notebook against the asphalt.

The wheels were loud to begin with, but 3-4 months after purchasing, wheels begun to make an additional, I call it "freight train" sound. My boss and the rest of the building know of my arrival as I leave the subway station… Being that my company is on a tight budget, I could not get a replacement for a year. Past couple of months the right wheel gave out. I am dragging the thing half the time through the streets of NYC. I do not have the time to research their 5-year limited warranty… I am sure, as always, the customer is wrong. In my understanding, 5-year warranty should speak of the product's durability, at least, for that period. I will not purchase another product form SOLO. Cheap looking and poorly engineered product, in my opinion.
