I have purchased this stapler twice. First time it jammed where you insert the staples. Second time a piece came off inside the stapler.

We have enjoyed using this stapler but I feel it is not worth buying since it does not last long.

THIS WORKED BEAUTIFULLY UNTIL ITS FIRST JAM. IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO OPEN UP SO IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE JAMS. AFTER ONE TERRIBLE JAM AN EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO TAKE THE WHOLE THING APART TO GET THE JAM OUT AND IT WAS ALL OVER. IT'S IN THE GARBAGE.

I bought this stapler because we have the 210 staple Swingline (which I HATE) and I was tired of changing staples for mid-size documents. This stapler is failsafe. Unlike the Swingline, it is easy to load and easy to use. So far after several months of use, I have never had to remove a partly inserted staple. The swingline messes up on every job and I often have to redo the top pages.

This is great for about 60 pages and I have ZERO complaints. I highly recommend this stapler.

Everyone in my office loves this stapler and if they could they too would have one at their desks. We have never had a problem with this stapler. In fact this stapler works better than any standard or 160 page stapler that we have here! Although I do think that you should have staples come with the stapler even if it is only 2 rows to start one off.

WHY ARE THERE NO STAPLES INCLUDED WITH THIS STAPLER? IT WAS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT TO PURCHASE A NEEDED PIECE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT IT COULD NOT BE USED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT HAD NO STAPLES.

This stapler worked maybe six times, then started jamming. It does not swing open, therefore is hard to 'unjam' the twisted, broke staples out.
