A big plus is that the machine is on wheels and easy to move around once it is unpacked. However, it is heavy, and my husband and I, both senior citizens, had great difficulty getting it out of its cartons. The outer carton we had to completely destroy, then we had to lay the inner carton on the floor and push, pull, and sweat to get the machine out. When we finally had it out, upright and ready to roll, we had both hurt our backs. Surely someone can come up with a better way to get products out of packages! Now that the machine is up and running, we're very pleased with it.

I love the blue light and the big glass opening so you can see how much shedding you did and it goes so fast and its so easy to use and the power switch is in the back so kid's wont see it so they wont be able to turn it on and hurt themself.
I can't wait to use it again. Love it.
