Bought two of these chairs. Returned them both for the same reason. The adjustment for tilt did not work. VERY disappointed. Ended up buying another model mesh back chair which seems to be OK

The tilt control does not work. I tried two of these chairs and neither would work. Waste of my time assembling two chairs. Waste of my time returning them. Probably never buy office furniture from Staples in the future.
