my children are required to have a 3 hole punch in their binder at school every day. i buy this every year and they break every year in the same spot-where they are held in the binder, the plastic breaks.

The sales person told me it would only work on one sheet at a time (OK) but she couldn't prepare me for the frustration of getting the thing to punch and then release the paper. It took me almost half a minute to do one sheet. Good thing I bought a set of folders.

I hate filing paperwork, BUT I absolutely hate not being able to access paperwork when needed even more. Keeping a small binder with every repair/service done on my vehicle over the years helps keep my car in working order. Plus an additional benefit is the organized info helps with selling my well maintained vehicle for a better price! I can easily prove every oil change, fluid flush and replacement part. When I'm given the paperwork it is immediately punched. This 3 hold punch is small enough to easily fit in the glove box. I use a 2 pocket file folder, which also holds 3 hole punched paper, is then stored under the passenger front seat so I always know where info is. No more lost car receipts!
