I purchased this desk lamp for my daughter's desk in her room. It's compact, easy to assemble and easy to adjust. I liked that it provided lots of light for her to work at her desk. It saves her having to turn on the ceiling light in her room when she's strictly doing her homework. Nice additive to her desktop. The cost was also a great price as it was [$] compared to similiar style desk lamps which were more money.

This lamp is a great value. It took all of three minutes to put together (though I wish there had been instructions). The simple design looks good anywhere, the adjustable gooseneck makes it easy to shed light just where I need it, and the weighted base keeps it anchored in place. Perfect for reading or other tasks.
