We ordered 4 book cases the 2 five shelf bookcases came with miss matched pieces. One had 1 unfinished shelf and 2 finished shelves (actually giving a nicer appearance) the other came with 2 unfinished shelves and one finished shelf. Boxes were also a little damaged from delivery.
