This chair was great for about the first week and then the padding wore out. We bought 4 of these chairs for our office and only 1 of the 4 are still "good". The chairs are constantly having to be raised again. And several of them tilt to one side. I called warrenty and they sent new pneumatic lifts, but it is too difficult to get the chair back apart.
