It cleans the dry erase marker off your white board with the greatest of ease, even the ones that seem to resist a regular felt eraser. I haven't cleaned it yet, but the package says to just clean with soapy water.

this does not absorb the marker residue and only pushes it around. Paper towels seem to work better than these do.
