While this product is compact, you have to keep bending over to put the paper in. It is lacking in height. It also doesn't catch the paper well in the bin and paper gets stuck behind the bin when emptying.

I needed a small shredder for business and personal use and this did the trick. So far it seems great- powerful, yet still can fit in the closet and stay out of the way. Very easy to dump the bin. Seems very well-made, even for it's small size it's a heavy machine.
