Good amount for the price, and fine if you're just dealing with something soft like cork board, but if you try them in even a remotely hard surface they collapse like toothpicks.

Because tack points were not the sharpest mounting canvas to wooden stretcher bars was very difficult as the points would not penetrate the wood easily. The shanks collapsed under thumb pressure; many tacks were wasted.
