I bought two - opened one at work; saved the second to use at home - Glad I haven't opened it yet; will be returning it - Very hard to use (I had purchased what I thought was the same product at Quill, and it is excellent! Only a light touch staples small or large quantity of paper easily. Decided to buy two more - another for office and one for home use, and thought this was the same. It absolutely is not! What a disappointment.
