This chair is more attractive that the photograph depicts. Looks very professional. The instructions are very easy to follow. It doesn't roll very smoothly on carpeting but has no problems on bare floors. The seat area could have used more cushioning for longer stay but never the less it's a good value for the price paid. The lumbar is fantastic, probably one of the better chairs I have used.

I think this chair is outstanding myself. Very comfortable, easy to put together. Some people had some issues that I don't get. It tilts perfectly fine, you just have to adjust the tension knob. And the arms are easily tightened with a hex wrench, you just have to remove the plastic bolt covers.
