The best part of this item was the separate parts packages, made assembly very easy. product is still junky because of the sawboard used to build the basis of the product. if not careful it is real easy to strip out screw holes.

Hutch is made of pressboard and the back panel is cardboard. Also, to attach the hutch to a desk, you will need a 3/64 drill bit to make pilot holes in the desk. Problem with that is that a 3/64 drill bit is not very common and we couldn't find one here in town. My suggestion is that an alternate size drill bit be given in the instructions.

I loved how all the hardware was in seperate bags and numbered according to each step of assembly. Beautiful when finished and well made. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Takes some time to assembe (I got the desk too), but instructions are easy to follow. Overall a very good value in my opinion. The only negative is that the desk surface seems to scratch easily.
