I use one of these folders for each activity my 4 kids are involved in - karate, ballet, baseball, soccer, wrestling, boy scouts, instrument lessons, etc. The different colors make it easy to organize by kid or by season, too. They are just as useful for household projects - gathering quotes, contracts, color samples all in one place. I use a P-Touch labeler to label each file for easy retrieval. The flap that holds the folder closed really helps keep the papers together when I have to drag them to meetings or if they then slide around on the back seat of the car!

Our office has fallen in love with this product. We are a fast paced, get-it and run group, and our group travels frequently. These packs make it easy to get organized and keep moving.

On occassion, we have been forced to buy different versions of these folders. And we're always disappointed. Other versions have bland color variations with a matte finish. We love the bright colors and slick finish offered with this pack.

Only one caution - This product is not designed for long term use with larger packs of paper; ie 20 - 30 pages. On the go use + larger packs of paper distorts the folder. You lose the crisp feel of the folder and the tabs tend curl, making them impossible to read. For larger bundles, we'll try to find a poly folder with a gusset.

color coding and light weight are the best features! Green for $ items, purple for fun, blue for - favorite subjects, clear for caring to business meetings, orange(I dislike) for un pleasant subjects, yellow for misc.Please add more colors - red, pink, dark blue lime green - or any of the above with stripes or polka dots!
