The tiered design makes it easy to see and get at files. It is a little big but is worth it if one needs to keep a lot files on hand.

Love the idea of the inclined slots for easily locating files. Sloppy looking since the slots are not level. Sits on my desk; find it too deep, difficulty reaching back 3 slots without having to really stretch or stand up.
