Several of the packets opened and leaked during shipment and there were sugar crystals all over. Sugar on me, on the floor, on my desk, on the other supplies I ordered...just everywhere! I am HIGHLY disappointed with this product and Staples would do well to offer another brand of 1000 count sugar packets.

Heed the warning: No good!

I use this in my recording studio at the coffee pot for two reasons. It helps measure sugar and it also cuts down on waste. I found that using cubes or regular sugar people use a lot more but when it is in packets they tend to use more reasonable amounts. This is healthier for them, creates less waste, less mess and less work for me. I want to spend my time making music not restocking the coffee bar! Being in paper packets is good environmentally as it is easy to recycle. I really can't see a downside. I had to describe myself earlier as value or quality oriented and I find that I am a perfect blend of the two and so is this product!

When it was delivered, sugar was pouring out of the box the packets came in. Many of the packets were open and there was sugar all over the place! Was not happy at all!
