Arthritis in my hands finally drove me to buy an electric punch, something I had always scoffed at doing. Now I realize I should have made this purchase a long time ago because the unit is a pleasure to use. I punch several pages frequently every week but would not say that I do high volume punching. For my in-home office and general purpose use, this unit is perfect.

My husband has a small business conducted from the home. I use the hole puncher daily to punch e-mails for files. I can't even get 1 page to punch well. It malfunctioned from the very beginning. I have not had a chance to take it back but will.
