Great battery life, nice sleek design. Probably good range, but haven't tested it. Unknown icon on screen keeps blinking. Buttons work more like cell phone than house phone -- a little confusing.

This phone seems to work fine, but the hold melody is terrible. It sounds shrill, it's embarrassing, and for a business it's inexcusable. I called Verizon support to find out how to disable it but apparently you can't! WHY would they make this feature permanent? It's unbelievable! I'm getting a new phone asap!

Has a lot of cool features.... However, the sound quality is terrible...(a lot static )sound like I am talking through a tin can. Also there is a 1-2 second delay when you pick up the phone to where is dose not connect. If you say hello before it picks up completely, the person on the other end does not you answered and both just sit there until someone says hello again.... just annoying that's all. I kept it for one day and ran it back to the store!!!

The phone answered all by itself when I would pick it up from the holder - Not Good!
I have had quite a few cordless phones, but this one has to be one of the worst ever! I expected more from Verizon.
