I had to return this product back to Staples and re-order. Unfortunately I was unable to install the product. Either it's a Vista issue or the product is inferior. After several attempts of installing, uninstalling and reinstalling, I just gave up.

I absolutely love this scanner. I recently scanned some old family pictures into my computer and then enhanced and printed them out. The prints are better than the originals for the most part. I LOVE THIS scanner. Easy to take with me wherever I go and no electricity is needed.
