The sound and video were so poor, that I returned it to Staples.
Compared side-by-side with the Flip Ultra (2 GB model) was like night and day for sound and video quality.
Night shot keeps coming on by itself when it detects low light and there does not seem to be a way to stop this "feature".
Also, I was disappointed that the package listed that an SDHC card was required (but not included). I purchased the card, but found that the camera actually did work with it's built-in 2 GB of memory. Therefore, the package lied, and the card was not necessary.

The Product is not-so-bad types. The automatic night mode is frustrating. It should have been manual if we wish to do it so. Easy to operate, looks good also. video quality is OK compared to the price you pay to purchase this. Water-Proof case is very useful. Okay for general home videos where you want the camcorder to be simple and easy to carry.
