We bought this copier to make several copies at one time. However, this copier gets the paper jammed almost every time we use it. We spend more time trying to get the jammed papers out than we would if we were to make copies one at a time.

It has held up pretty well with our heavy daily usage. The only problem we have had is that on the duplexing it jams quite often. I would not recommend this for heavy usage though. Takes too much toner.

WHAT HAPPENED TO XEROX PRODUCTS? BEWARE PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BUYING. JAMS SO EASY, EVERYTIME. THIS COPIER WAS BROKEN 6 MOS AFTER PURCHASE. CONTACTED XEROX FOR WARRANTY SINCE ITS LESS THAN 1 YEAR, THEY SAID ITS PART OF NORMAL WEAR. I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT STILL SPENT AROUND $300.00 FOR PARTS. IF YOU WANT PAPER COPIES THAT LOOK LIKE ACCORDIONS THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU. THIS IS THE LAST XEROX BRAND THAT I WILL PUT IN ANY OF MY OFFICES!
