The smart strap shoulder strap is very nice when traveling. It was nice to find a laptop case with a truly adjustable strap. I am 5'3" so it was great that the strap adjusted and I was able to carry it at the proper height and maintain correct posture.

Laptop compartment has enough room for 2 laptops. Accessory compartment seems a bit tight, but that is with 2 laptops in the main compartment. The retractable strap isn't as useful as I thought because it can stick and interferes with the hand straps when pulling out or when retracting.

Nice laptop case. I have only had it for 2 weeks, so the verdict is still out on its duribility. I was suprised to see how well padded it was, and really like that it has a seperate compartment for placing documents and folders, like a briefcase. The retractable sholder strap is also a great feature, in fact that is why I picked it over the HP brand.
