This is for personal use. I had a little trouble getting it set up due to conflicts on my computer not really anything to do with the printer itself. I had a VERY helpful tech help me over the phone for 2 1/2 hours until the problem was solved.

Purchased for 90-yr old Mom (w/o a computer) who uses the photo-copy feature. Kids and grandkids use other features with their laptops while visiting. Good product/value for that purpose. Dead simple view-screen controls. Quick print from camera is a Grandma pleaser. Goes through ink like [*] through a duck, even with normal B/W text printing.
