Despite being one of the lowest priced bluetooth headsets on the shelf, the performance of the Jabra BT2080 is outstanding. Communications are perfectly clear from a distance of 10-12' away from the phone, which is quite a bit more than one will typically need, especially in a vehicle, at a desk, etc.

It is certainly lightweight, and an ergonomic, soft plastic cover allows it to rest in your ear for an extended period without discomfort, while a plastic retaining clip keeps it firmly in place. Ease of use is second to none. Initial set up involves activating the bluetooth on your phone and activating the BT2080, future use involves turning the unit on and sticking it in your ear. You can't really get any simpler than that.

The only problem I ever experienced with this product was initially spotty service; this stemmed not from the Jabra headset but instead from the placement of my phone - transmitting in a position where the signal was partially blocked, i.e. in my lap in my vehicle as opposed to near my ear. An accessory phone mount safely solved this issue, and I would recommend an accessory mount to anyone who plans on using their headset primarily while mobile to maintain proper service.

More comfortable than my 2 previous motorolas. I have large ears, so I appreciated having larger ear loop. The silicone earpiece is very comfortable in the ear canal opening.

This is my first B/T earpiece. I bought this to go with my vehicle's phone/sound system Sync System and a B/T compatible prepaid cell. I can't say anything bad about it's operation as far as I know. It's comfortable enough wearing in the car for my 1/2 hour commutes.
