I use this this Bluetooth headset predominantly while I travel from place to place, or while at home and working;
It is very comfortable on the ear, but there's not much volume control. I have to sometimes push it into my ear further to hear some of my clients;

The people on the other end say it is hard to hear me. The background noise is as loud as I am. There are better headsets on the market than this one.
