We don't like how the label prints out extra blank label and couldn't get this to adjust easily. Refills are pretty expensive. Otherwise it's a great product and was well priced.

If you have to change width, style etc with this machine forget it! You have to get out the intructions everytime you use it and our office uses this machine on a daily basis! The tape is very hard to peel. I am sorry I gave away my old PT-65,that was easy.

The labeler is a good basic label maker but can not use labels larger than 1/2 in size. most of the good selection of labels are 3/4 and up. But for the price and ease of use. This is a very good buy.
