Always buy genuine HP products

I'm glad that I spent just the extra bit to get the higher yield cartridge and the genuine toner. You just can't be the replacement guarantees between Staples and HP. I've rarely had a problem, but when I have both have been eager to correct the issue. As an Executive Admin, I don't have time to deal with extra challenges. Staples is my easy button for sure.

The product works well my only issue is the price of HP cartridges are way too high. We paid [$] for the printer and total replacement of cartridges is [$] nearly half the cost of the printer. HP is not in the business of making printer they are in the business of selling toner and unfortunately this causes small companies like ours to look at compatibles to save money.

Although the printer that uses this cartridge produces excellent quality documents, the cost of this cartridge, as well as the 3 color cartridges, is very, very steep. Usually, all 4 cartridges run out at the same time at a cost of several hundred dollars!!!! to replace all 4! They do last on average 8 months but still, for a small business the replacement cost is high. I would suggest researching the replacement cost of cartridges before purchasing any printer.
