I found the printer to be easy to set up and it appears to work very well. Had to speak to customer support regarding an issue with my connection not with the printer set up and they wre extremely helpful and are based in the USA which was a definite plus for me. Have found that the print quality is very good. Operation is easy. Purchased a Canon as we have several of their products and have found all of them to be more that satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Canon over other printers.

Do not buy this printer unless you want your documents to end up on the floor, the print set up to be too noisy, and the pinter speed to be slow.

Love the fact I don't have to get up off the couch plug my laptop into my old printer. Just hit a print key and that is all I have to do in printing my copies. Anywhere in the house. Just added the printer to my wireless router, nothing could be easier. Wish I had purchased this printer years ago. Really save me alot of my time in printingt

This is my 3rd Canon--all 3 have been great printers. If I had to have any pointers to Canon--it does seem to be quite flimsy/plasticy feeling- but haven't had any of the others break in that area, just seems as though it is going to break or crack some of the plastic parts.

Quality of printing--Great!-Great!
Did have 1 glitch when setting up, instructions asked me to press a button down for 5 seconds & this printer didn't have that button, but I called the Tech # & they were astonishingly helpful.
I will most certainly strongly consider a Canon on my nest purchase.

Had now for about two months. I am very happy with how sharp the print and color is. I do not like printers with four or more ink cartridges, so in replacing my old HP all in one, found this one which has just one black and one color cartridge... very happy with it so far.

Is this a flat bed printer or do I have feed the paper through to just make a copy. Also, I do not have a wireless connection, can I connect to my computer with a USB cable.

  This particular model is a feed scanner. It does not have a flatbed scanner. It has both wireless LAN and USB 2.0 Hi-Speed connectivity, so you will be able to connect with a USB cable.

  You DO have to change the entire color ink cartridge as there are only 2 cartridges in this printer. One for black ink & the other for ALL the colors.
