                I am looking for mini-dividers that can be used with mini-sized sheet protectors. Are these dividers wide enough that the tab will extend past a sheet protector?

                  The previous answer to this question is incorrect. I ordered these, and put them in my mini-binder - the divider is exactly the same width as a mini sheet protector, and the tabs are not visible behind the the sheet protectors.

                  Yes, in Microsoft Word you can print labels through the Mailings tab and by putting in the vendor number of the labels you are using.
