Two hints - gently fold the sheet in half with the white sides together - don't crease the sheet - just lightly fold it. This makes the seams of the adhesive backing easier to see, and you can find a corner or seam and remove that part. There is usually 1 corner of the labels that has a small triangular piece of backing on it. Gently fold the label - do not crease it - until you see that small part clearly. Remove that small triangle, and the rest of the backing pieces will come off easily. Hope this helps you. Bending slightly helps get a corner lifted and they peel nicely from there. I hope this helps. I love these labels now that I can peel them.
