There are two different types of these labels; the two labels per page or one label per page. You can perforate them if you are printing just one label or an odd amount of labels and still use the other label if you are using a self feed printer and not a paper tray printer.
The single label per page ones are so you can select the option to print a reciept with the label, which is an option for postage printed online using USPS, eBay, and Pay Pal, and maybe other sites as well.
I personally buy the two labels pages and seperate them and print them with a piece of cheap office paper so I get a label and reciept at the same time, but it's cheaper in the long run this way. Now a days, I like to save every penny I can in this economy. Hope this helps! :)
