I use these to store paid invoices, and I usually require two for each month, therefore, they are quite expense. The construction of the sides is very poor and the back cover and front cover pull away from the accordian very easily. Almost like the were put together with a glue stick.

Also, they seem to be almost dry rotted.

At this point, I'm thinking the stock is old? Maybe check another office supply?
