MG3620 wireless printer works well
I minutes bought this printer about a month ago to match up with my Chromebook computer. The setup instructions for Google Cloud Print were not too good. But when I called the Canon customer support line, I got a great tech and we were up and running in less than 30 minutes! Customer support saved the day! I was very pleased. Seriously Flawed
This is my Nth time trying to set this printer up. It was impossible to get it to set up with my tablet or iPhone. I decided to give it a try with my laptop. It worked and then it's been impossible to connect again. So here I am, trying to install the thing for the 4th time on the laptop.

Very nice printer!
Does everything I need for my home office. Had to call Canon Tech Support, and they quickly talked me through how to download a program I needed to get it up and running. But otherwise, it's been fine! No problems.

This is the third Canon printer I have purchased.
Same model each time. Good price and work for my needs. It was a little difficult to set up. The directions seemed to contradict themselves. These only last a couple years before I have to get another but for the price, it’s okay.

Nice inexpensive printer, no physical interface
I like the printer but the price point doesn't allow for a screen interface. When the WPS connection to my network failed, there was no way to manually set it up. The USB setup worked fine.... once I found a cable. Setup cartridges have minimal ink.

Not user friendly
I'm very tech savvy and it took me over 2 hours, including having to do a hard reset to set this up. What made it infuriating is that if wireless set up failed, the manual, app, and set up wizard all suggested to try connecting via the usb cord, which wasn't included and was not a standard cord. Also randomly it decides to jumble the print material.

great product
if you need a printer that is easy to use and extremely reliable this is the product for you. I had an earlier version of this product for fourteen years with no issues. Only replaced it because they did not have an update for windows 11. Reasonable cost and the ink lasts forever if you get the extra large!

Amazing for the price
Works like a charm. Been using it on the road car trip. Like other reviewers have said, forget trying to use bluetooth. Buy a printer cable separately. The little cartridges that comes with, keeps going and going despite warning. Scans very well too. Just have to figure out logic. Don't use automatic to scan a composite onto one single page, it'll pick up a jpeg per ite...

This all-one-printer turned out to be an updated version of the one that finally gave out on me after 10 years; even uses the same ink. A very simple all in one printer, scanner, copy machine that can also be wireless.
Definitely a price saver!!! I paid on sale at staples $49. Even regular price is low.
