I am using tjis for to keep rack of clents at my new cat boarding business. I can include dates of stay, daily and any extra serice charges and total for the entire stay.

Carbonless Statement form
I prefer one in a tablet format that I can tear off the original, and keep the copy attached to the tablet. I do not care for the individual forms.
