Worth it!
This chair is extremely comfortable and worth the price for the amount of siting ive been doing at my home office now. Shipping took much longer than expected but worth the wait.

Squeaky and unstable. Poor design.
Poor build. Loud and squeaky. Now sinks down from max height. I've only owned this chair for 6 months and it already is not functioning as it should. I am 6 foot 5 inches and 220lbs. I'm well under weight maximum and chair will not hold top height. It will start to slowly sink and I have to re-adjust height every 10 minutes. This chair is loud - Squeak squeak squeak....

Big and Clumsy
Almost 4 months in and one of the wheels fell off. This chair sits on vinyl plank and it is super clumsy to move around. It almost feels like if I were dragging it through a tall carpet. Not very comfortable either.

Not loving this chair
Family room desk chair. It's big and bulky. The back, although adjustable, is not comfortable. The arms move about.

Great Chair, Annoying Arms!
I love this chair, the ergonomics fit well for a Big & Tall item. The annoying part is that the arm rests move in and out and forward and backward with minimal pressure. Each time I get up or reach for something the arms ratchet outward, inward or front to back. No way to adjust them and set in place.

Annoying Arms
My initial review of this chair was not published so let's try again. There are two things I don't like. The lowest position of the seat is a little too high even though I am almost 6 ft. tall and the other is the arms. The arms are terrible. All parts were present with extras and assembled with no problem with provided wrench. My main concern is the seat and whether the foam will hold up and not compress significantly over time.
