I ordered it from a picture and description on a computer screen and it was pretty much what I expected. It is much more sturdy than the metal ones that were offered at the store. I liked it well enough to consider ordering another one like it.

Nice white, wood finish and fits with other furniture in the den. Easy to assemble but my only grip is there are no instructions on how to remove the drawers. I couldn't lift the box in came in, so opened it, pealed back the top and bottom and removed the cardboard. Gets the job done, unsure of it's longevity
I had to get a replacement immediately. Somehow while getting the handles and casters out of the drawers to install, the track on the main file drawer broke. As soon as I had screwed in the last screw for the casters and tried to open the main drawer, I found that I could not. I had to immediately remove the screws and attempt to get it back in the box. Overall a good, sturdy filing cabinet that is easy to move around. Assembly is quick an easy as it only involves fitting drawer handles and wheels. I like that the bottom drawer is supported by a where so that it doesn't sag while loaded up. Everything’s was as advertised. I think it is going to work well for organizing my hanging file folders and I especially like the two small drawers on top.
