Great gear and great service
New device arrived promptly but was damaged during shipment. Quick email to support and a replacement was on the way along with a return label for the damaged one. All things considered I am happy with the product and the service.

Great Mid-Size Rackmount 2200VA UPS!
Awesome mid capacity size 2200VA Rackmount UPS for Small Businesses that also includes the new remote SmartConnect Software. Looks great in the rack and only takes up 2U of space. Highly recommended!

APC Smartconnect Battery
This unit functions well as a backup unit and a much needed upgrade to what was being used. It has a
longer run time and and notifications of power disruptions. Easy to install.

Amazing Output Capacity for 120V!
If you’re lucky enough to have a 5-20R receptacle (which indicates it is a 20 Amp circuit, not the more common 15 Amp circuit) nearby, this thing ROCKS! When lightly loaded (100watts) it offers a runtime of 3 hours and 32 minutes.
