ProClick manual binding machine


Ideal for: Frequently used documents, such as sales and marketing presentations, even programs, reports, and training manuals. Newest binding system available. ProClick plastic spines snap open right down the middle for easy adding and deleting of pages.

Key Features:

  • ProClick plastic spines (sold separately) allow document pages to lie flat and turn a full 360 degrees for photocopying and note taking.
  • User slides a rotary grip across the top of the machine to punch pages. Punches 6 sheets at a time.
  • Maximum binding capacity ranges from 45 pages with 5/16" spines to 100 pages with ½" spines. For use with documents up to 11" long.

Plastic comb binding machine


Ideal for: Frequently used documents, such as sales and marketing presentations, event programs, reports, and training manuals.

Key features:

  • Plastic combs (sold separately) allow document pages to lie flat and turn easily, so you can photocopy pages and make notes in the margin.
  • Plastic combs allow for easy adding and deleting of pages.
  • Depending on the machine, punching capacity ranges between 5 and 22 sheets at a time. A larger punching capacity speeds up the binding process. Maximum binding capacity ranges from 25 pages with ¼" combs to 425 pages with 2" combs. For use with documents up to 11" long.
  • A built–in comb size selector measures document thickness to determine the appropriate comb size.
  • Use the margin guide to align flush cut and oversize covers when punching.
  • Plastic combs are designed to resist scratches and discoloration.

  • Punching capacity is 20 sheets at a time. Maximum binding capacity is 200 pages with Velo binding strip. · For use with documents up to 11" long.
  • Re–closeable binding strips that allow for adding/deleting pages. (Velo binding strips sold separately.)

Thermal binding machine


Ideal for: Documents that require a high–volume of copies, such as annual reports.

Key features:

  • No hole punching required. Pages are held securely together (like a book) by a strong adhesive which glues the pages to the document’s cover.
  • Binds letter size documents. Binding capacity ranges from 2 to 120 pages.
  • Documents are permanently bound so they are secure, but pages cannot be added or deleted.
  • A built–in binder size guide determines the appropriate cover size for the document and a timer to tell you when documents are securely bound.
  • A built–in cooling rack is included.
  • Most machines easily fit on a desktop (sample dimensions: 8–1/2"H x 16– 1/2"W x 6"D).
What’s available: Covers come in a variety of colors, styles and widths and are sold separately.
