How to redeem your Staples coupon

In-Store Redemption

  1. Print the coupon on this page.
  2. Bring it to a Staples store.
  3. Present the printed coupon to the Staples associate at the checkout counter.

Phone Redemption

  1. Write down or print out the 5-digit coupon code.
  2. Place a phone order by calling 1-800-333-3330. Make sure your total order meets the minimum purchase requirements of the coupon offer.
  3. Share the coupon code with the Staples Customer Service Representative handling your order.

Online Redemption

  1. Add the coupon to your cart at any time from your shopping cart. Simply click on the Add/Edit button and enter the 5-digit coupon code.
  2. When you've finished shopping, click the "Begin Secure Checkout" button from your cart. If you've met the minimum purchase requirement, the value of the coupon will appear on the "Review your order" page and will be subtracted from your total.
