How do I access my "Favorite List"?

"Favorite Lists" have been renamed "My Lists" and are accessed through "My Account."

Do I still use "Favorite Lists" to reorder?

You can still use "Favorite Lists" to reorder, but "Easy Reorder" now does the work of "Favorite Lists," and then some. Instead of two steps, making a list of things you want to buy and then ordering from that list, we'll simply keep track of what you've purchased — online and by phone and fax — in your "Easy Reorder" lists.

How have coupons changed?

You can now enter coupons into your cart at any time. Though the value of a given coupon (or free gift offer) will not appear in your cart, it will be applied to your order during secure checkout if you've met the minimum purchase requirement.

How do I redeem Easy Rebates(SM)?

Most product rebates can now be redeemed online. No clipping, no mailing, no hassles. We'll even alert you if there are eligible products in your order and will provide a link to the Staples Easy Rebates(SM) site from your "Order Submitted" page.

Where did "Group Accounts" go?

We built® to better serve larger businesses that require more administrative functions. On, we've moved former "Group Account" purchasers to their own individual accounts. The previous order history for former "Group Account" purchasers has been retained.
