Is there a volume discount on bulk gift card purchases?

Yes. We offer a low minimum for qualifying purchases. Please contact us for more information. One of our experienced Corporate Incentives Account Managers will be more than happy to discuss your program.

What if I only want to purchase one or two gift cards?

Smaller purchases may be made online or in any retail location.

Does the Staples Gift Card expire or carry any dormancy fees?

No. The Staples Gift Card has no expiration date and no dormancy or transaction fees.

Where can the Staples Gift Card be used?

Currently, the Staples Gift Card is redeemable in any of our 1,500 plus U.S. retail locations. Staples gift cards are not redeemable online.

What denominations are available?

Bulk gift cards may be ordered in any denomination, from $5.00 up to $2,000.

Do you offer drop shipping?

We offer shipping to one location. Drop shipping for multiple locations for larger orders may be available for an additional fee.

Do you offer any electronic or emailable gift cards?

Yes, please contact us for more information. One of our experienced Corporate Incentives Account Managers will be more than happy to discuss your program.

Are Staples Gift Cards reloadable?

Yes. Staples Gift Cards can be reloaded at Staples retail stores.

Can gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen?

Staples gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced with proof of purchase for the remaining balance currently on the card.

Are the cards activated when I receive them? How are the cards activated?

For security purposes, the gift cards are shipped inactive. We will send you easy activation instructions with your receipt. Just follow the simple steps and allow 24 hours for the process to complete.

Can I use the Staples logo/gift card image in my marketing materials?

Yes. Once you have a signed agreement with Staples, your Account Manager will send you the Staples logo, gift card images, and marketing guidelines. All artwork must be pre-approved by Staples before using.

How long does it take to ship the cards once payment is received?

Once payment is received, we will fill and ship the cards within 48 hours. The total process time once payment is received may be up to seven business days.

Can you co-brand or customize the gift card?

Yes, please contact us for more information. One of our experienced Corporate Incentives Account Managers will be more than happy to discuss your program.

Can I pay with my credit card?

We accept payment made by Amex, Visa, Mastercard, check, ACH or wire transfer.

I am part of a PTO/PTA group? Are there special coupons or promotions available to my group?

PTA/PTO groups are eligible for exclusive discounts; contact us for more information.

What is your return policy?

Once your order is processed, Staples Gift Cards may not be returned or refunded.
