Yes! All you need to get started is the Universal Hub and one device. You can you always add more devices later. The hub is the core of the system and lets you expand whenever you want.

What should I do before getting a "connected" device?

The only thing you need to do is make sure you have a broadband Internet connection.

Which smartphones and tablets are compatible with the Staples Connect App?

Currently, the Apple iPhone or iPad, or an Android phone or smart tablet, work with the app. You can also access the app on any computer via any Web browser.

What do I need in order to use the Staples Connect App?

To be able to communicate with enabled devices using the app, you need to have the Universal Hub.

How much does the app cost?

The app is free! It's included in your purchase of the hub.
