1. The Offer: Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Staples is conducting a promotional offer whereby participants who purchase certain technology products at Staples may receive access to enhanced third party trial services or other promotional offers related to the purchase of such products (the "Offer"). Staples reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Offer or any of the trial services at any time and without prior notification. Announcement will be posted on the Offer Website (as defined below) if such cancellation or suspension occurs.

2. How to Get the Offers: To receive select trial services on StaplesTechApps.com ("Offer Website"), beginning 10:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on December 4, 2011, follow these steps:

• Purchase any of the eligible technology products listed in Section 3 below at a U.S. Staples retail store or online at www.staples.com.
• With your purchase, you will receive a Staples Easy Rebate on the bottom of your receipt.
• Follow the instructions on your receipt to complete the Staples Easy Rebate online and within 30 days of your purchase of an eligible product.
• Once you complete the Rebate online only, you will receive an email within 48 hours after submission that contains a unique code, as well as a link to the Offer Website. You must click the link to redeem the offer and register on the third party website within 30 days of receipt of the unique offer code.
• Click the link to the Offer Website. First time users will need to enter the unique code received via email and then complete the on-screen registration form to be eligible to receive any available offers. As part of the registration, you will need to create an account name and password that you will use to log into the Offer Website on return visits to take part in any available trial services.

3. Excluded products:

4. Eligibility. Offer is only open to legal residents of the United States, 13 years of age or older, who purchase an eligible product listed above during the time period specified. Once you have left the Offer Website and are on the third party services websites, you may be subject additional restrictions on use. Offer good only in the United States and only while supplies last.

5. Offer Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Multiple trial services will be listed on the Offer Website (and updated periodically) and each available trial service can only be redeemed once per person. Once a trial service is redeemed, participant leaves the Offer Website and is now on a third party website, Staples shall not be liable for any additional information that participants supply to third parties who are providing trial services. Not to be combined with any other Staples' offer. Trial services are subject to change. Only those trial services listed on the Offer Website may be redeemed at any given time. Return of an eligible product will result in deactivation of a user's Offer Website account. To obtain access to the Offer Website, you would need to purchase another eligible product from the list above. Multiple eligible product purchases by the same customer will not allow for multiple accounts on the Offer Website. In other words, there is a limit of one account per person per year. Some trial services may require participant to input their credit card information on third party websites in order to redeem the trial service. Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Staples the Office Superstore, LLC ("Sponsor") and its Administrator from any liability arising out of participant's participation in the Offer. You shall be bound by separate terms and conditions of use of the Offer Website ("Site Terms of Use") which may be found on the Offer Website itself. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deactivate the account of any person tampering with the registration process, the operation of the Offer Website or who is otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Offer if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort or if there are no more trial services included in the Program (and in such event a notice will be posted on the Offer Website). Sponsor and its Administrator are not responsible for late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations; or computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor and its Administrators assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from the Offer. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a registration form, the registration will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
