What is EasyPrint?
- EasyPrint is a file converter that copies and converts your files into a format called a PDF.
- A PDF is essentially an exact image of your original document. When printed, it will look like your original file.
Why should I use EasyPrint?
- PDFs maintain the integrity of your document, so there are no variations from your original when printing at Staples® Copy & Print Center.
- Your printed documents will always look the way you intended them to look.
- PDFs also allow you to use your preferred software application without worrying whether Staples Copy & Print Center will be able to open your file.
It's easy to get started.
- Download. Click the "Download" button to the right. After downloading, follow the Install Wizard instructions to install.
View instructions. Once the program is installed, you'll see a new EasyPrint icon on your desktop. Click on it for the "How to Use" instructions.
