This chair was an excellent value. I looked at several similar chairs, including one made by Broyhill, that cost over $100 more. This chair is very comfortable and provides excellent lumbar support. I have sat in it for hours with no problems or discomfort. Though leather, it has breathable micro vent holes which helps it mold to the body. [...] You will love this chair!

chair appeared to be very nice and comfortable - unfortunately less than a month after I purchased it - a spring popped through the seat.

Local store does not carry so I have to drive 15 miles to return it to a store that carries it

I looked at the $99 leather chairs first in store, but decided to go for the mid-range model for comfort, back support, and solid feel. Nice burgundy color. Very adjustable (arms adjust up-down, in-out, and seat height of course). Well-packed in box. It takes about 20 minutes to put together, and has clear instructions. Biggest bang for the buck. (I do remember an in-store note on the chair offering to pre-assemble for $5; not a bad idea for the tool-phobic ;>)

Decent chair for the price. Ergonomics are better than most chairs costing twice the price. Only two downsides:

- the leather is so-so (not that soft) and can stick to your skin after sitting for a while

- the chair creaks when you rock back and forth (at least mine does); I lubricated any pivot point I could find with 3-in-1 machine oil and it helped a bit still persists.

As far as a chair for home use, maybe a few hours out of the day, it's a good buy.

I bought this chair for my home office as my primary work chair. I have some lumbar back problems which my previous chair aggravated. This chair has sufficient lumbar support to prevent back strain. The leather is firm and comfortable. If you are looking for a plush, high backed executive chair, this one isn't for you but if you need a comfortable work chair in leather, this is it.

We have tile floors in our eating area. Regular chairs are noisy on tile. These chairs are more quiet. They are very well designed, provide good back support, and they are very comfortable.

Very nice chair. Comfortable and fits the space better than the larger chairs. The arms don't get in the way. The back support is great. Very nice color and design.

The button that adjusts the arm broke after a few months but I was very satisfied with the service I received and the arm was replaced right away.

I am a fairly small person, and some office chairs are just too wide. This one is great-- the arm rests are adjustable by width as well as height, so I can make them narrower. The seat is comfortable, and the lower back support is so much better than many chairs I have used. I love it so far. I've had it about a month.

One of my armrests broke within a week or two-- the button to adjust snapped in half-- but when I contacted the number listed inside the box, I was shipped a replacement immediately.
