This is suitable for taking as an extra vacation bag for light carry on items. Not designed to put on a plane as checked luggage. The cosmetic bag that came with the set is perfect for holding a GPS system while without taking it off the mounting stand.

Well, it was free with my purchase - if it wasn't, I would return it. I would hardly consider a quart-sized zipper bag a piece of luggage, but it does state "3 pieces"....would be good luggage for a lawn gnome or a Chucky doll. Small. Smells funny, like burnt plastic or tires. I would be too embarrased to use it for travel on any other airline than Southwest, and even then only if I were wearing a "Who F*rted" T-shirt and a hat that doubles as a beer caddy. Luggage I received looks nothing like luggage pictured. No luggage straps.
