The instruction book is very small and after several flips of the pages I still didn't know how to recharge. I stumbled upon it accidently while I had it plugged into the usb port. Apparently this is how to recharge. The ear pieces are constantly falling out and I found myself wraping the cord over my ear to keep them in place.
I am mostly using it for audio books and music as I do jobs around the house so I find it wonderful and love the picture feature. Again, It was Free!
[...] I was a bit disappointed that the jack is not standard stereo-mini size so the unit can plug into an external amp such as the car radio with an aux input (I can't stand ear buds).Setting up music is simple since it acts as a drive on the PC and you just copy files to it.The manual does not state how long to keep it connected to the USB to reach full charge.I would recommend it as a kick-around-dont-care-about backup mp3 player but not as a main player.
Since it was free I didn't expect much ... control are wonky and confusing but the sound is good ... wish it held a little more storage-wise, but not so bad. Owner's manual is waaay teeny tiny... still haven't read it all, which may explain why I can't figure out how to recharge it yet.

This device has great sound, but other headphones do not fit into the jack of this device. I have bought 2 other sets of headphones but they don't fit. The reason I am trying to use other headphones is because the ones that came with this DO NOT FIT INTO MY EARS! I was trying to use this for the gym, but as soon as a start running they fall out. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
IT WAS VERY HARD TO READ THE BOOKLET THAT CAN WITH IT,BUT KIND OF EASY TO SET UP.

After reading the first review on here I didn't have very high hopes about this product, but when I got it I was pleasantly surprised.
It took me all of five minutes to set it up & get music on it (it works just like a flash drive). The sound quality is more than decent and it's perfect for using for jogging & other activities.
Over all, perfect MP3 player considering it was free!

I just received it two days ago. The pre-recorded sound demo is to good to be true. My wife uses an I-Pod and she was impressed. It appears to be good quality and as soon as I can find a case it's going with me on business.

Had a coupon, ordered it even though I thought it was going to be junk, but what the heck, it was free. Pleasantly surprised. Plugged into my PC, I moved music files over, and started listening.
No problems with controls or downloads, but the manual is teeny tiny, I'm going to have to enlarge it on the copier to read it and find out what else it can do.

Actually it took me about 10 minutes to put music in. It was simple. I dragged music from itunes right into it. The controls are a bit confusing, but as soon as you get it figured out every things perfect. Its just like an ipod with different controls. The graphics are not that great, but its getting the job done. Music sounds good and it holds enough to get around. I have to say, I do like it.

The buttons are almost impossible to press. It connects to the computer and shows up as a removable drisk but you can not copy any files to it.There is no web site for support... They use [...] for their tech support email - how lame is that.A basic piece of crapola... No wonder Staples was giving them away - buy $150 dollars worth and we send you some electronic garbage for you to pay to throw away!
