It had a foul smell of gasoline or some other inductrila solvent; perhaps a solvent used on the sewing machines where these were manufactured.
This is unacceptable; especially in a product designed to hold slothes and other personal items. The beige luggage sets we received from you recently had the same problem.

"One item checked" baggage requirements on most public transportation make these impractical nowadays for business (and recreational) travelers who already have additional carry-on luggage such as laptops. It used to be good idea to carry these empty for additional return storage. Just doesn't work that way anymore. However, for sporting trips, these are great!

This was a promotional item. I wanted the travel bag with wheels so I ordered the amount of items needed for the promotion, before I needed them, only to recieve a substandard substitute without wheels. Customer service could not correct.
